My dog got chlorhexidine in eye. What are symptoms & how soon?

What are the symptoms of corneal damage in dogs? Due to Chlorhexidine in the eyes?? And how long until symptoms appear?

Concentrated chlorhexidine can be very irritant for the eye. Usually one of these signs is present corneal opacity, increased discharge, increased blinking, conjunctival swelling and redness. The onset is acute and an immediate check up is required to confirm clinical suspicion.
