My cat's still sneezing, coughing, watery eye after vet. Should he go back?

My cat has been sneezing for about a month now. I took him to the vet they said he had a kitty cold and treated with antibiotics. He has continued to sneeze and now is coughing and has one watery eye. Otherwise he’s acting okay. Does he need to go back to the vet again? If so how do I need to take him to an emergency one now?

No, I don’t think he needs to go to the ER unless he is having problems breathing. You can just take him back to your regulate vet. My guess is that he has a herpes virus infection so please bring that up to your vet.
