My kitten has hard, moving lumps in his stomach. What's wrong?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 2 lbs

My kitten has lumps inside his stomach. His stomach is hard and when you put your hand on his stomach you can feel the lumps move around. He eats, sleeps, and does everything pretty much normally. He's around 2-3 months (he was rescued so I don't know his exact age). He also has fleas but I don't know if it's related to that.

You should really take him to a vet for an exam. Hopefully the lumps you are feeling are poop but it could be something more serious. Also, if he has fleas you need to get those under control - flea infestation can cause anemia, tapeworms and other problems.
