Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Female | unspayed | 8 years and 5 months old | 10 lbs
I am very concerned about my dog. She is a mini doberman doberman that is about 8 years old. There is no redness (that I can tell) but it is crusty and dry but at the same time it seems as if there is moisture. I really need help with a diagnosis.

I really cannot tell you for sure what is wrong with the eyes just by looking at a photo. She needs an exam by a vet so they can look at the eyes with the ophthalmoscope. I suspect conjunctivitis and you can try this eye antibiotic to see if it helps. If you start it and if after 4-5 days there is no improvement then she needs to see a vet. Put in in both eyes 2-3 times per day., a 1/4" strip. If you are not sure how to medicate the eyes you can watch some YouTube videos on how to do it. ( https://www.allivet.com/p-1292-terramycin-ophthalmic-ointment.aspx ) Hope this helps. If you have more questions you can always opt for a private consultation where we can chat back and forth. That way you can ask as many questions as you'd like. Best wishes.
