The first thing you should do is neuter him. If he’s not to be a stud dog this is best. Lowering testosterone levels often calms them. Number two, you need to get a professional trainer to help you. All that money you’ve spent buying replacement items could have been spent on training. The trainer can help you work with him to find out what the problem is and how to change the behavior. It’s not a quick fix so be patient. The number one reason dogs are re-homed is behavior issues. No one wants to take the time to properly train their dogs. Please get a trainer to help you so this dog doesn’t have to be re-homed again. Best wishes.
