Poor Tina! Those lesions look very extensive. I recommend to keep in close contact with your veterinarian. Wounds of this magnitude may require daily bandaging and the application of special salves meant to maintain moisture in the skin to encourage healing but discourage bacterial growth. She should be on antibiotics until the wounds are healed. These areas need to be protected from any scratching, sunburn or getting dirty/wet. Any underlying causes needs to be addressed and resolved or proper healing may not occur. Giving Tina an omega 3 fatty acid for pets can also help. Royal Canin dog food makes a formula called Skin Support which has been proven to speed up skin healing and this would be beneficial. I hope this gives you some ideas as far as what to do. Ultimately, your veterinarian needs to give you the exact directions for care since they are familiar with Tina.
