5 m old kitten taken to vets yesterday and was treated for a 106 fever. Given antibiotics, sq fluids, vit b, and famotadine. Fever 105.3 5am today. Now it's 103.8. got mertazapine for appetite as she didn't eat all day yesterday. I will also slow syringe feed today prn. I noticed her face had muscle twitching, or spasms. Is this from the fever? Should I give Karo syrup for glucose since she hasn't eaten? I'm a vet tech but just wanted to make sure on this. The twitching made me nervous.

So sorry your kitten has a fever. The face spasms/twitching could be from the fever, as anything is possible, but really, I don't think they are related. You don't think she has cerebellar hypoplasia? You can always give a bit of NutriCal or Karo but just don't overdo it. If you can get some Hill's a/d or Royal Canin kitten mousse I would use that to feed her.
