My cat was attacked by a dog. What medicine can I give for her bite wounds?

Hello ! My poor cat is attacked by a dog , she is wounded & i washed her wounds and sprayed povidone iodine powder over wounds & I live in village and there is no veterinary hospital near me but there is medical , please tell me which medicine should I give to her ? a painkiller ? Please tell me !

Although a picture of the wounds would help to determine more specifically the most appropriate treatment needed, bite wounds/injuries are infected for definition so antibiotics (like amoxicillin and clavulanic acid at 12,5mg/kg twice daily and painkillers -specifically designed for cats like Meloxicam or carprofen for example would help-. Disinfection of the wounds can be possibly started with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths. Stitches may be needed depending on the type of wounds.
