Found a kitten with seizures/rabies, no money for vet. What to do?

Pet's info: Cat | Feral | Female | unspayed | 1lb

trying to find out if the kitten I found at the railroad yard is having seizures or has rabies because i dont know anything about her and what I can do cause I don't have the money to take her to the vet.

Poor kitten! If she's having neurologic symptoms, then she definitely needs vet care regardless of what the underlying cause is. If that isn't something you're able to do, I would recommend calling animal control to come and get her. They can take her to the shelter and ensure that she gets a veterinary exam and appropriate care.
