Why is my Pomeranian dog coughing, vomiting, and refusing to eat?

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | 3 years and 11 months old

I have a Pomeranian dog ,Jackey. He is 5 years old From a last few days ,he is trying to cough something out continuously at intervals At first he was normally doing so But now he is not eating even chicken He is vomitting a little bit every coughing time What would be the problem and how can I treat it ?

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Jackey. I recommend that he sees a veterinarian. I am concerned that he has developed an upper respiratory tract infection. In this case, affected dogs will cough and gag up a white foamy material. If this is his problem, he will likely need oral antibiotics. I hope this information!
