Why is my cat limping, can't jump, and has black tarry stool?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Male | neutered | 5 years and 10 months old | 13 lbs

My cat (male) has a limp when walking around and trouble jumping up on chairs and such. He also has black tarry stool around he anus leaving black stool wherever he lays or sits down I'm very concerned.

I recommend bringing Jasper to a veterinarian and bring a stool sample. If there is truly black stool that can indicate bleeding into the intestinal tract but it may just be very dark. Regarding his limping I would want your veterinarian to make sure he didn't break anything, make sure there is no small abscess and to treat accordingly.
