My dog has red circles on his belly. Could it be a skin infection?

Our dog has red blotches on his pelvic area. Round circles with what looks like a big bite in the centre. Dog is on flea / tick meds already. Was at the stable yesterday and we noticed this today. Pet's info: Dog | Aussie Doodle | Male | neutered | 8 months and 11 days old | 47 lbs
