why my cat lifts her butt whenever i called her name? she also roll around. she never been like this before. she’s quite but now always meowing loudly.

Sounds like she is in heat. I suggest you have her spayed as soon as possible to prevent unwanted pregnancy. A cat will basically stay in heat until they are bred by a male; she will get pregnant. I see that Lucy is not spayed, so I suspect from your description that she may be in heat :) This normally starts between the ages of 6 months and a year for most female cats. During their heat cycle, most females are extremely vocal, roll around on the floor, and often assume a characteristic posture with their front end laying down and their rear end stuck up in the air - very similar to what you are describing. If she is in heat, this behavior will continue more-or-less all the time until you have her spayed - so I would recommend making an appointment to do this soon if you aren't planning to breed her.
