My puppy is weak, won't wake up, and feels cold. What's wrong?

My almost 3 moth puppy was acting perfectly fine and randomly became really tired and when i sit him up he cant stand and just drops again he is now sleeping and does not want to wake up.. he is still breathing but he kinda feels cold so i got blankets for him i don know what to do please help. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male

Milo needs to see the veterinarian quickly. There can be several different reasons for this behavior including low blood sugar, a shunt in the liver or ingestion of a poison or toxin. The doctor will need to check some bloodwork and performing physical exam. This is the only way to know what is happening and how best to address it. Best of luck.
