My dog is shivering, drooling, and chewing slowly. Is it her mouth?

My dog has some problem with her buccal cavity she is showing signs of fever like shivering . She is salivating a lot and chewing very slowly .

It sounds like Bully could have a problem with a tooth or other lesion in her mouth. I'm wondering if the shivering could be a sign of pain, or if she truly does have a fever it's possible she has a tooth root abscess or other oral infection. I'd recommend having a vet examine her mouth closely.
