Why is my dog's ear down now after grooming? Is it an ear infection?

Hello, my 10 month old 9 pound chocolate pomeranian was groomed last week and for the past several days has been keeping his ear down. He hasn't shown any of the signs I've read about for an ear infection, but I'm concerned it could be getting worse since it's down more than it's up the past day or two. Thanks!

I would get it checked to make sure there isn't something going on. If his ears were plucked at the groomer it may have irritated his ear canal and that could make him hold his ear down rather than up if he feels he needs to protect it.
