Why does my 4-week-old kitten have garlic breath and low energy?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 16 days old | 2 lbs

My 4 to 5 week old kitten breath smell like garlic what does that mean and he's been really lazy lately and sleeping a lot not playing what could be wrong with him

Since he's very young I recommend getting him seen by your vet as soon as possible since it sounds like his energy level is less than it was. Cats and kittens do sleep a lot but if you have noticed a decrease in his energy level it's a good reason to get him seen by your vet to make sure there isn't something serious going on and, if there is, getting him treated as soon as possible before it gets any worse.
