My cat's head bald spot has a new white mark. Should I be worried?

Hi, my cat had an infection on his head a couple of years ago,since then he's had a small bald-ish spot on his head where it was. I happened to glance today and saw that there's a small white spot now there too that didn't used to be. Any idea on the cause? Should I be worried?

From what I can see, it looks like a small scar. If it's not swollen, has discharge, or feels warmer than the rest of him, I would keep an eye on it. The next time your cat is in for his annual visit, show it to your vet, but it doesn't look like anything to be concerned with from these photos.
