My Japanese quail has watery poop. What's causing it and what to do?

I have a Japanese quail... and its poop is just like water I'm worried about what to do....i have only fed him him simple grains and cucumbers these days. Pet's info: Farm Animal | Unknown | Male

Thanks for reaching out about Motu. A watery stool is probably just urine and lacks feces. Cucumbers have high moisture and little other nutrients. A wide variety of chopped vegetables (greens, carrots, etc.) should be offered. Young quail also need a good protein source, so some insects can be utilized. If appears ill, a veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.
