Why is my German Shepherd shedding, smelling, and having ear issues?

Pet's info: Dog | German Shepherd | Female | 3 years and 2 months old | 40 lbs

My 3 years german shepherd is having hair lose and smells bad .and also she has high amount of wax coming out of her ears especially from right ear.she has this when she was 3months since.we have consulted and tested her blood but cannot compltely eradicate the disease.her diet is boiled rice ,milk ,chicken soup,veggies.how can we save her .recently her ear infection reached peak and a swell formed just under her right ear.

She has allergies (or what we call atopy) most likely. You need to do some testing to find out what the allergies are. The diet you are feeding is not appropriate. She needs dog food and I would suggest a premium brand like Royal Canin. What you are feeding is not balanced and could be contributing to the problem. I don't think you are in the U.S. but if you are, I suggest you do the following. If you are not in the U.S. then I hope you can find these products. 1. Bathe every 2 days with this medicated shampoo.
