Mookie aka Jimi recieved her first set of vaccines yesterday. Today her nose is warm. She is still eating, drinking, and playing. Is this a normal response?

A warm nose isn't a sign of illness. A cat's nose can go from wet and cold to warm and dry just by laying in the sun or next to a heat source. Since Jimi is otherwise acting normally, I would not worry.
