What's this painful, red, bleeding bump on my senior cat's lip?

Hi! My senior cat has a very red bump on his lip. It was bleeding but it also has a hard white substance in it. Next to it is a blackhead like bump. Touching it causes him discomfort, but after I washed it with a warm cloth it didn't seem to bother him. Pet's info: Cat | Ragdoll | Male | neutered | 13 years and 10 months old

It sounds like you cat has a focal infection, like a pustule on his lip. Or, it may be something caused a rodent ulcer that is usually associated with allergies.
