Dog with pyometra: why brown vomit, black stool, and swollen belly?

Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 10 months old

Hi,my dog is over weight and she is behaving unusual for some months.She is sleeping too much, doesn't want to stand.I took her to my vet and he told me that my dog have a pus in her uterus and it's just at an early stage.he given me medicines to give her,at first she was recovering but then some days later she started to do brown vomit and black stool so i stopped giving those medicines but now her lower stomach have grown larger is very much hanging. Below is her ultrasound pic about month ago

Hello. The pus in her uterus is a very serious condition called pyometra. Usually, the best way to deal with this is to perform an ovariohysterectomy & spay her. The only time to consider treating this condition with medications is if Chuski is a valuable breeding animal. But you are risking her health & she could die from this. Please consider the surgery. Most dogs do very well if it is done before they get too sick. I hope she is feeling better soon. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
