My nine year old cat is throwing up everything he eats and he can’t walk properly. Is my cat dying?

Your cat needs to be seen by your vet immediately. He may have a bacterial or viral infection, he may have swallowed something he shouldn't have that is irritating or obstructing his gi tract, there are a number of possibilities. Left untreated, his condition could be life-threatening. If cats don't eat even for a few days they can suffer liver damage.
