Why can't my dog stand, breathe, and has a bloated stomach suddenly?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 12 years and 8 months old

He can't stand up and balance legs. Breathing difficulty seen and stomach bloated. Eats and drinks but can't walk. What could be reason and any treatment advise?

There is a really long list of medical issues that could cause these symptoms, which could involve the heart, lungs, blood, neurologic system, spleen, stomach, small intestines, etc. Tommy really needs to be evaluated by a vet to determine which system could be affected and see if there is a treatment available to make it better.
