Puppy has a blister-like bump near spay incision 3 weeks later?

My puppy has a blister like bump on her belly, she was spayed about 3 weeks ago and that is healed. it is near that incision. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 13 lbs

It may be a local infection or reaction to the sutures under the skin. I would recommend that you have Dakota examined by the vet that spayed her and have them check if there is infection, which may need a course of antibiotics. If it is a tissue reaction and there is no bacteria, then a round of anti-inflammatories may help with inflammation subside. Make sure she can lick or scratch at it, since that could make it worse or cause infection.
