Pet's info: Cat | Bombay | Female | unspayed | 7 lbs
I have two cats, a male and female. My female cat has been throwing up her undigested food (dry and wet) and hairballs almost daily. I've tried giving her medicine with her food, but she threw that up too. She's not dehydrated, is behaving normally, and doesn't appear to be in any kind of distress. When should I be concerned and take her in? What are some other things I could be doing for her to help?

If this has been ongoing for several days or Selene can't keep any food down at all, then it is best to bring her into your vet. They can take an X-ray and examine her to make sure there isn't an obstructed hairball or other issue that is causing the prolonged vomiting. If she doesn't like hairball medication, there are prescription and OTC hairball diets that can be given to help prevent and break up hairballs, however ruling out any stuck ones or other issues first is best.
