Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 1 year old | 76 lbs
I got Stephanie at 4 months of age in a severely abused state. She was afraid of everything and anything. All sounds scared her, all humans and animals scared her. So I extensively socialised her and she got so much better and confident, being able to challenge intruders. All of a sudden this morning, she relapsed after keeping her out in the yard all night till morning. Why and how can I fix this?

It’s possible something scared her last night. Due to her history, it might take her longer to recover than a dog without those prior negative experiences. I recommend to start all over again. In general, it is not expected though to take as much time as before. Moving forward, try to avoid leaving Stephanie in situations where she may have a negative experience. Best of luck.
