My dog throws up Trifexis. What topical flea/heartworm options?

Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 6 years and 8 months old | 10 lbs

For the last six years my dog has taken trifexis 1time a month but for the last three months she has thrown it up.Dont know if it had already Ben absorbed because it was about one hour after I gave it to her. Thinking of switching to a topical product

I think it sounds reasonable to try a topical if Roxy is continually vomiting the Trifexis and is not vomiting at other times. If you are not already giving the Trifexis with a meal you may want to try that as well since it could be causing nausea if given on an empty stomach. If you want to try a topical you can ask your vet about Revolution or Advantage Multi.
