Why is my senior dog peeing in his sleep and while lying down?

My dog is involuntarily peeing in his sleep and while lying down, and I was wondering what the cause of this could be? He's 12 years old and has a heart murmur. Pet's info: Dog | Schnoodle | Male | neutered | 11 years and 7 months old | 17 lbs

Is Sam on any medication for his heart murmur, such as diuretics? That would make him need to pee more often, and could cause him to pee in his sleep and while laying down. It could also be a medical condition. I would have him seen by his vet for this problem.
