Hello, a year ago I adopted my dog (hunting dog) out of a shelter. At the beginning he got along with dogs but not with cats. A few months ago I noticed that he started to show the same behavioral problems towards friendly small dogs, and today he growled and nearly bit an big, yet submissive, dog (retriever type). Your question is cut off, but if Igor is showing aggression toward other animals, I highly recommend talking to and working with a trainer or behaviorist near you. Usually, training related to nerves/aggression around other animals is worked on with Behavioral Adjustment Training (BAT) or other desensitization techniques to keep your dog from reacting negatively toward other animals (or the object that is causing the trigger.)
