What to do for a stray cat with a swollen, oozing paw and no vet?

Hi, i feed a stray cat who has been limping for a couple of days and with a swollen paw that he won't use but i couldnt see an obvious wound (he wouldnt let me examine closely tho). Today it seems to be oozing. He's eating and drinking fine today. Does it look like a burst abscess? Taking him to a vet is unfortunately not an option. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 year and 5 months old

Yes it does look like a ruptured abscess. This may or may not heal without antibiotics. If you can't take him to the vet then there is nothing you can do about it.
