My dog is sick: vomiting, sleeping, and sneezing. Is he okay?

My dog dint have breakfast. He only had curd. He has vomited two to three times in the past three days and has been sleeping alot. He has also sneezed like quite a few times. I'm worried for him. Please help. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Male | unneutered | 6 months and 26 days old | 53.7 lbs
