Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Pomeranian | Male | unneutered | 5 years and 10 months old

Hi my dog is not eating well for the past few days. We thought it could be the bad weather in my country at Chennai,India. But then again one day my dog urinated when sleeping without his consent and the next day we found a little blood coming for his anus. And he's not active. Age 7yrs Breed: pomeranian cross. We are about to take him to the doctor... Wana know is it some serious issue. We are so scared and worried ☹️

It sounds as Mojo is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti nausea injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better.
