Pretzels do not have any toxic ingredients that are dangerous to cats, so they are not harmful, but some cats may have sensitive stomachs and any new/unusual foods may cause mild GI upset, so I recommend caution in offering new foods and only offering in small amounts. Pretzels do have a high salt content which is not ideal, so if you are looking for a treat for your kitty I would consider a commercially available treat or SMALL bits of tuna or other cooked lean meat.
