I am sorry to hear about your concerns for Audrey. The area looks very small and doesn't appear to have any discharge. It could be something like an insect bite, a small scratch, a papule due to an allergy or local irritant. I would wash the area with a mild soap and just monitor it daily for changes. If more spots appear, or this one enlarges/drains material/becomes painful or very itchy then a trip to the vet is recommended.
