Pinky Pomeranian F 15 y 10 m always healthy started loose the weight from Oct 2018 from 8 pounds till now 4,5 pounds. She refused lately to eat food, if eating - throwing out and next day vomiting yellow liquid. DVM gave her liquid antibiotics to get rid bacteria in her mouth, another to increase appetite and another to suppress vomiting; blood work and specimen was ok. generally healthy. antibiotics by syringe didn't helped. It is 3rd day without food, drinks water only and sleeps. Very weak.

I am so very sorry to hear about your concerns for Pinky, it sounds like she is not doing well. If her bloodwork was normal, the next step would be additional diagnostics such as abdominal x-ray and ultrasound. I would be concerned with this ongoing weight loss about something like a malabsorption issues due to intestinal abnormality such as unfortunately cancer (we would also worry about protein loss from the kidneys but if they checked her urine they hopefully would have seen whether or not she was losing protein this way). I would discuss the possibilities of additional diagnostic imaging with your vet to help determine why Pinky is losing weight and if there is anything that can be done to help her.
