Puppy still sick, sleepy, and not eating after vet visit. What to do?

I got a two month old shih tzu. Its her 5 th day with me.She was great until yesterday she got diarrhea. I gave her rice and chicken and she had appetite until today when she started being sleepy. I took her to the local vet they gave her a therapy some vitamins and antibiotic. She was feeling great , she ate, i keep her hydrated with some electrolytes but she is still very sleepy and exhausted. She wont move if i dont move her around and she lost her appetite again. Whats should i do ? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 2 days old | 1900 lbs

If the vet’s treatment was unsuccessful, I would recommend calling them or taking her in for their next advice. There are many bacteria and viruses that can cause these symptoms, as well as intestinal parasites. The vet may recommend fecal parasite screening or blood work to determine what could be going on.
