My rescue dog bites & barks at people. How can I get help?

Where can I take my 6 year old Maltess for biting and barking issues? He is a rescue from a kill shelter. From a rscue home. He"s been on 5 diffwerent medicine.He is great with us. But other people he bites ,and barks continusley.

These vets are specially trained in behavior issues of this type and may use a combination of specialized training/behavior modification as well as medications if deemed necessary.
