If my dog has loose stomach skin, does that mean she's not pregnant?

I have a stray female boxer that I took in almost 2 months ago. she may be pregnant as she has gained weight and seems to sleep fairly often, but I do not know if that's because shes been fed too much or not as ive said, I haven't had her long. she has loose stomach skin from previous pregnancies.. and it still appears loose, like nothings in it. im just wondering if that means shes not pregnant? Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | unspayed | 55 lbs

So sorry but there is no way to tell from the loose skin; all that means is that she has had puppies in the past. If you want to know if she is pregnant you can take her in to a vet clinic for an xray and/or ultrasound and that will tell you for sure.
