My dog ran into the couch but seems fine. Should I worry about injury?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 10 months old | 13 lbs

So tonight while playing with his toy, tiny RAN into the couch, he didn’t cry, he didn’t even pay attention to what happened. He’s acting normal and drinking normal, even playing. He’s even jumping off the bed and couch. I touch him in all his places to see if anything hurts, nothing bothered him. Couch is kind of soft but definitely not really hard. Should he be fine? *areas circled are where he hit him self at*.

He should be just fine. If he was going to be injured you would know by now. I would not be too worried. Just keep a good eye on him and if he starts limping or acting sick then get him to your vet for an exam but honestly, I think he will just be fine. No worries! Hope this helps. Best wishes.
