Puppy ringworm: How long until bald spots heal and hair regrows?

My puppy has a fungal infection (doctor says most likely ringworm) we have been treating it with topical cream and shampoo for 6 days now. In how many days/weeks should her bald spots regrow hair and her lesions (red lumps) heal and disappear? Do you think her skin will look back to normal in 2weeks? Or 3 weeks? Thankyou. Ringworm can take up to 3 months to go away. I think this article will explain more. The reason I ask is because it actually looks more like mange lesions to me. If you are not seeing much improvement after another 7-10 days and your vet did not actually test for ringworm, then I suggest you have her back to your vet to talk about actually testing for ringworm and testing for mange to get this figured out.
