Pet's info: Dog | American Cocker Spaniel | Female | unspayed | 7 months and 28 days old | 20 lbs
My female dogs has some red bumps on her vulva. It looks like it could be bites but Im not sure. Theyve been there for a while and it seems like more keep popping up. If someone could let me know what it could be or what I could use/do to remove or prevent them? She does lick at them quite often. There also seems to be bumps under her bottom 2 nipples. Please do not only refer me to a vet, we just went and I forgot to ask about the bumps and I am unable to pay again. Thank you.

These are probably pustules from a minor skin infection. Since she is not spayed, she may continue to get these due to underlying increase of hormones. If she is not a breeding bitch you should have her spayed which will hopefully stop them from recurring. In the meantime you can try to use these medicated pads to see if they will help: ( https://www.amazon.com/Sogeval-Douxo-Count-Chlorhexidine-Pads/dp/B00G3D8JL0 )
