Can a dog irritate his penis if he licks it too much? I remember it like this last summer, and now this summer. So he must be licking it because of allergies due to the summer. I’m stopping him from licking it though and cleaning it with 100% cotton wipes. Discharge (I think that’s what it’s called or it starts with an ‘S’) is normal color and he’s acting normal as well. Place an E-collar on him when he is unsupervised to prevent self trauma.
