My male cockatiel flew away. Can my female breed with a new male?

My male cockatiel bird flew away today and he's long gone ..Can my female still be paired up to mate with another male bird in the future? They recently had babies and we accidentally open the door and he's long gone we tried to look for him . Pet's info: Bird | Cockatiel | Female | unspayed

Thanks for reaching out. You can try leaving her outside in a cage for a short period of time to see if that will attract him. But she will likely be able to pair again, but not all birds get along. Good luck.
