Will the mothers antibodies and first round of shots protect a 10 week old puppy from diseases?

The pup should have partial protection, but you should still avoid dogs of unknown vaccine status or areas where large numbers of dogs congregate. "Full" protection is typically in place about 2 weeks after the very last round of vaccines.
