My dog ate a steak bone and is now vomiting yellow. Is it serious?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 5 months and 20 days old | 107 lbs

My dog threw up his food around 7:30 this evening...he's been up for the past hour vomiting yellow mucus..the only difference in today is he got a steak bone earlier today? I just fed him a piece of bread to maybe help upset stomach...he's been throwing up the yellow stuff in small qauntities every half hour it seems since 1???

Here are some possibilities: 1. Gastritis - upset stomach 2. Pancreatitis- inflamed pancreas from the fat content of the steak bone 3. Gastrointestinal obstruction from a piece of bone stuck in his GI tract I suggest you give him 10mg famotidine (Pepcid) and then get him to the vet for an exam. All the above possibilities can be serious. I’m very worried about the multiple bouts of vomiting. In the future, don’t give bones like that to your dog. Especially not a puppy this age.
