Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Male | neutered | 15 years and 1 month old | 11 lbs
I have a 15 year old Maine Coon with congestive heart failure. He's currently on furosemide, pimobendan and plavix. I was wondering if I could give him dandelion and or milk thistle to help his condition even more?

No, it is not recommended to use any other medications or herbal remedies. Often time herbal remedies interfere with the medications - there have not been enough studies done on this so I would not risk it. Just continue to give the medications as prescribed by your vet. Those are the best treatments for his condition.
