My dog was in a fight with a cat. And just got a little scratch on lips and nose not really any punctures really. What i want to know if she can get a fever or something? The cat is feral. She 11 years old. She is ducshaund & pit. Is she ok at home? clean wounds and just want to know what to do?

Ouch, poor Coco. These could get infected. I would gently clean the wounds with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep the wound clean and dry, and monitor it for signs of infection. If you see redness, swelling, warmth to the touch, or pus, then it is infected and she will need to see the vet for antibiotics to treat it. Best of luck.
