How can this be diagnosed, it's like a dry sores by her eyes. How do you recommend a treatment

Diagnosis is best done by a veterinarian in person. Allergies, irritation, a wound, eye issues, etc are all possible causes, so ruling out any injury to the eye itself with your vet is best. Until you can get to the vet, placing an Elizabethan (cone) collar on Bronze to prevent her from pawing at the area can help reduce irritation.
